Mission:
The mission of SAR Team 8 (Sunset Valley Search and Rescue) is to provide the highest level of skill and trained volunteer non-paid professionals dedicated to saving lives through search and rescue, disaster relief and response, and emergency preparedness safety education that provide the best possible care to those who call upon us for help.
Vision:
The vision of SAR Team 8 (Sunset Valley Search and Rescue) is to be an all inclusive non specialized Search and Rescue Team for the City of Sunset Valley, Travis County, the surrounding communities and counties, the State of Texas and the United States.
